Tool Warehouse
We maintain a warehouse filled with the kinds of tools you'll need for a cleanup. There is a form you can download with all the instructions about how to reserve tools and supplies, when and where to pick them up and where to return them. Please remember that there is not an unlimited supply, and the sooner you arrive to pick up your items, the greater the chance there will still be some.
How Houston's Tool Warehouse Works:
Volunteer organizations contact Keep Houston Beautiful about upcoming landscaping/beautification plantings or community/neighborhood cleanup projects and put in a request for the tools they need to borrow to get the jobs done.

Neighborhood Weekend Cleanup and Vacant Lot Cleanup
Our partners in this program include The Neighborhood Protection Corps., District Council Members, Houston Parks and Recreation Department, Houston Police Department, Mayor's Citizens Assistance Office, Public Works and Engineering, Harris County, Solid Waste Management, and the Planning and Development Department. FROM NORTH (Humble/Kingwood)
Travel south on Hwy 59, exit Kelley Street (just before 610 North Loop East interchange.)
Continue on feeder road to the light at Kelley Street.
Proceed through the light going straight.
Feeder road becomes Neches.
We are in the blue Environmental Services Center Building, last building on the left.

Travel north on Hwy 59, exit Crosstimbers and make a U-turn under the freeway.
Proceed south on the feeder until you get to the light at Kelley Street.
Proceed through the light going straight.
Feeder road becomes Neches.
We are in the blue Environmental Services Center Building, last building on the left.

Travel east on 610 North Loop, exit Hardy (between I-45 and Hwy 59)
Continue on the feeder and do not turn left or right.
Feeder road becomes Kelley Street.
Continue on Kelley Street past Jensen.
The first light past Jensen is Neches.
Turn right on Neches.
We are in the blue Environmental Services Center Building, last building on the left.

Travel west on 610 North Loop, exit Lockwood (between I-45 and Hwy 59)
Turn right on Lockwood.
Continue on Lockwood until you get to the light at Kelley Street.
Turn left onto Kelley Street.
Continue on Kelley Street past Hirsch and go over Hwy 59.
At the first light past Hwy 59, turn left onto Neches.
We are in the blue Environmental Services Center Building, last building on the left.
