On October 31, 2011, Keep Houston Beautiful will honored Ned S. Holmes, Texas Transportation Commissioner, accepting on behalf of Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), as the Outstanding Proud Partner at its 27th Annual Mayor’s Proud Partners Luncheon at the Houston Post Oak Hilton Hotel. For more than 90 years, TxDOT’s commitment and involvement in the community has been recognized as an important part of the way they do business.
